This is for my teammates, athletes, fans, and even myself about what I pack preparing for a bodybuilding competition.

All right, so it's thursday night tomorrow is weigh ins for the bodybuilding competition that takes place saturday morning saturday evening. So i'm packing my bag right now and i'm making this video for the rest of my team mates to see what i'm packing so they could get some ideas but also to remind myself in the future so i could go back and watch this video and see what to pack so i don't have to reinvent the wheel every single time, so i'm gonna go through all the different items, just as as i see him. First of all, i'm bringing my camera multiple can't three cameras in lenses on tripod so that people can take pictures of me there business cards for the supplement companies or commit connections with athletes, batteries and usb drives and accessories for the cameras. Bring to pump bands for backstage so i can pump up before going on stage. I've got two different sized towels really helpful because your hands sweat your tam drips and it's nice to be able to wipe that also wet wipes every time i'm back, i wish i had let whites away my hands and my feet things like that very helpful sandals to be ableto where ? Because once your spray tan can't wear normal shoes a body building posing routine music right here. I always bring multiple extra trump, so i've got body building trunks here. I've got classic bodybuilding trunks. Another said a classic bodybuilding trunks in another body building drunks. So four so if i have a wardrobe, malfunctions have backups, i print out my tickets and my registration and everything because of these bodybuilding shows they are they could lose your information. You want to have back with friends. Also, i bring three music cd is not one because every time i see that the deejay loses one of the body builder's music and actually seen bodybuilder cry backstage because he lost his music, i always have backup swiftly lost music. I would just hand them another simek being prepared. Wait, our team's going to be wearing these shirts with our sponsors right here. Reason i got two bags here is because i'm gonna pack one bag for tomorrow, which is my way in bag, which will have all my food because i'm not going to eat hardly anything until after wayans, i have to make hundred ninety eight pounds currently way to a four. So you lose six pounds tomorrow, which is easy that's gonna be mostly water and just not eating. But i have better a lot of food in here because as soon as i'm done with wayans, i've got to start pounding food and carbon back up. Get back to two o six to get on stage so i'm gonna have rice and chicken breasts in there. And for competition day i've got these basically like rice cakes, but they're coated in a little bit of sugar also. So they taste really good and there's no facts. I'm also gonna drink like object. Which is why eva jen it's, a carbohydrate dance drink. I've been pre testing it to make sure it works with my digestive system. It gives me no. Gas and bloat it's, one of the higher quality carbohydrate drinks. It's, also one of the most expensive, are probably the most expensive, but i use it just during workouts and during the competition. So some big deal possible, really sparing no expenses ? I'm bringing small water bottles because i don't want to be tempted to drink along water. I'm gonna actually empty one of these water balls out and put glycerol. Glycerol helps pull water into the muscles and hydrate the muscles keep it out from underneath the skin i'm gonna add a little bit assault lister all drink and adam but adam a team to make a strong drink, which also helps with the pox on him. I'm gonna have a green tea extract in a natural diuretic water pills because if i look like i'm holding water on that day, which i shouldn't because i planned everything that i won't be holding water with sodium in water, but that's, my backup, i don't like to take prescription diuretics because i've tried that in the past, and it pulls all the water from inside my muscles also go flat. I can't even get a pump up. Look small. On stage so these more gentle herbal diabetics should just do a little the trick of pulling just a little bit of water out without compromising my muscle size. I i have these two bags of vitamins i'll read off to you what i'm taking this one first one is saturday for breakfast in here is gas x. The reason i take that is because it dissolves any bubbles in your intestines to get rid of any bloating so that you can actually pass the gas out rather than be trapped in here also is potassium dandy lion, which is a natural diuretic being out, which is an enzyme that helps break down any certain types of foods that may be stuck in the intestine somewhere. Shit there's, no bloating, just that's being overly cautious, prodi elliptic enzymes, same thing to break down anything left in the intestine so my intestines are totally cleared out. Fish oil, vitamin c claritin also the morning off, because if you have any allergies and you have an allergic reaction to anything, it'll make you hold water and another enzyme pill with probiotic. Then one and a half hours before going on stage, i take these pills, which is another two dandelion pills, another gas x three beet root pills, which is one point five grams, which is a vaso violator, vascular charity and two five hundred milligram capsules of tire c, which is a brain neuro transmitter. And i know i'm gonna be very fatigued that dates a little help. Give me a little boost of mental energy. I prefer not to take caffeine that they have a competition because caffeine is vaso constrictor. It also gives you tons of energy and could help dry you out because diuretic, which is great because the vaso constrictor can make you less vascular, make less veins show and you get less of a palm potentially so i'm gonna try to avoid caffeine. This time. The night before the competition, i'll be taking a benadryl, which is an anti histamine, and help sleep because sometimes it's hard to sleep the night before because you have a spray tan on you and you weren't close to protect the spray tan, you're put things down sheets to protect your mattress and and but mostly it's, because i don't want to retain water, many remote allergic reaction also take a klonopin, which is a prescribed to me for restless leg syndrome. It makes my body very calm. Mind calm, so keep cortisol levels down so i don't get the stress hormones and for me, klonopin lasts seems to last about fourteen hours, so if i take it at night last all the way through the beginning of the show in the morning have a little bit left in my system, which will keep me relaxed just nice onstage. Also take federal got a phd in i b beauty before i go on stage, which helps me keep me relax. It is the same receptors in the brain as alcohol does, but i'm probably not going to do red wine before i go on stage, even though it's highly recommended it dries you out and relaxes you before going on stage. When i used to do a runway modeling, we used to drink wine before going on stage to relax us, and so i'm used to it, but it makes me tired. Incoming. Something about wine makes me mento retired, so i'm going to try to not use the wine this competition even though i did use it in the past. Plus, i'm not like the flavor of wine taste really looking forward to sitting on like object. Now i'm gonna put the black object in a very small amount of water, you know, i'm gonna put, like eighty grams of cars in like this much water. So when i'm sipping on it's, going to accepting on syrup because i still want to stay a little bit too hydrated and any carbs i do take it. I want to pull into the muscle cells any water that's between between my skin and my muscles. I don't want to add any more water than i can fit in my muscle cells shiver because if i missed any shaving spots sometimes it's hard to see until you're under the geek culture of that lighting and the spray tan and everything. So if i get a little patch of hair, i need to shave. You do it right there. Coach is gonna have touch up spray tan with him. If he didn't, i would have touch up spray tan stuff with me. Wallet for money. You have to have money, obviously to buy stuff there. Oh, and pdf life. Okay, so i'm gonna try not to drink too much media light because it's got a lot of water in it. I'm going to do for my project mostly, but pilar does taste really good. It does have a lot of true light, so if i feel like i'm cramping, this is something i've got on hand. I also it's in the kitchen, but i also have, like a you toss the so like a mineral blend of magnesium chloride, sodium, potassium, zinc, moloch, veena and boron, which is a whole bunch of minerals that your body could use to prevent cramping. So i will have that on hand for me and my other teammates to, in case anybody's cramping that will be you could take a tablespoon of that and get whatever mineral deficient.
